Tina, Both you and CEO/Director of Training, Michael Sharp performed at a level that Exceeded our High Expectations. The training was informative, interesting and cost effective.
The working relationship between HMS and the City (Healdsburg) has been extremely professional and as a result we are very gracious for all your assistance with the project. One of your company’s great attributes is your availability and willingness to address our needs. Thank you so much for all your assistance and educating us on this project.
Mike did a great job in his training yesterday, the crew had mentioned on how versed he is. I assure you we will be using for future trainings.
Mike’s presentation was well received. All in attendance felt they learned new things and he made the day interactive which was greatly appreciated.
I just want to thank you for all you did to make the class possible. It was so organized and efficiently put together. The instructor was to the point and made it easy to know where to focus. It was also especially nice that you were able to give me a motel recommendation since I was coming from Santa Cruz. The HMS discount was larger than my AAA discount. All of this actually made this an enjoyable experience! Thank you again. (Attended our Renovation, Repair, & Painting Refresher Course 3/17/2015)
John, I want to express my appreciation and approval of HMS. Regardless of our planning scheduling or lack thereof, Chris has always been professional, willing to perform, and sticks to his commitments or exceeds them.
Your class(es) – and your team – have really impressed me, and so I figured that I should let you know in a more tangible way than just a simple handshake and “thank you” as I headed out the door. Thank you all again for the Positive, Professional, and Enjoyable learning experience.
Thanks again for the training on Asbestos Pipe, Lead etc. I found it very entertaining and informative.
[Mike Sharp] did an excellent job of keeping the class on topic, while simultaneously allowing for individual expression and sidebar discussions. A delicate balance, which [he] made seem effortless. . . I was impressed by [his] professionalism and breadth of knowledge
I thought last week’s training went very well. One of our experienced supervisors said it was one of the best “mandatory” refresher trainings he’s had. He especially liked the “Jeopardy” exercise.
My time was respected and all of the training was useful. Mike is not just an experienced professional but also a very good educator.
